Have you tried Vista Print? I've used them for years for my business cards, business post-its and thank you cards. They have thousands of designs and you can upload your own logos/pictures etc. They're well-priced and once you become a customer they give you lots of special offers. I use them from Canada, but they operate in many countries including the United States and Britain.
