Would this outfit match well: ?
A white button down shirt with very subtle vertical and horizontal light blue pattern on it (kind of hard to describe, it's like sets of 3 very thin stripes that intersect and make squares about 1-1.5" on each side), some light, almost baby blue shorts, and tan shoes w/ white laces? If not, any advice on how to match the shirt or shorts with something else?

Switch out the blue shorts for khaki shorts or even grey shorts. Avoid white or blue shorts, it'll look like too much of that color on you.
Shoes are alright, it'd be better if there was a picture to specify. If you wear the khaki or grey, just wear some white shoes instead. Not khaki and khaki and khaki and grey can look...kind of weird.

definite it suits. do exactly no longer flow overboard with a set of jewlery because of the fact the shirt is somewhat busy. merely endure in strategies that something is going with denims. (different than i do no longer propose wearing a jean jacket and denims... i think of it seems relatively cheesy.)
