New Laptop key issue?

Hey, I just got a laptop computer. It has these iI keep accidentally pressing, keys that activate certain programs like a DVD player free trial program and other crap like that. How do i disable those keys or even better get rid of all the needles BS new computers come with?

    attempt the FN + 10 or FN + 11 or FN + 12. in the event that they do no longer artwork the two, take it to the provider and tell them your situation. maybe its hardware errors, and that they should fix it for you.
