Should there be Term Limits on Congress, and the Judiciary. Yes or No?
Should any Judge, be appointed for life? Should being a congressperson be a career? Our should it be a privilege to serve your Country and its people, for say two or three terms, and then give somebody else the chance to serve.Instead of having the taxpayers employing you for thirty or forty years, with nothing in return for that service.
Well I don't recall every saying that the Constitution should not be amended. That is how the Constitution is updated, and the amendments clarify what Congress and the people can and can't do dummy

When judges seem to be bought by political parties & politicians aren't doing what they were voted in to do, the American people should be able to vote them out. Also times change & older leaders don't seem to & even if they're open-minded, there's a time when they've served us enough. They should be content w/that & support progressive agendas.

In Texas judges are elected. It is unquestionably the case that high-power lawyers who contribute to the campaigns of these judges get more favorable rulings. This is a corruption of due process and the basic foundation of an impartial court system.
So no, I don't think judges should have term limits. I don't even think they should be elected.
Congress should have an 8 year limit.

No, and neither do you if you are being honest with yourself. Either would require amendment to The Constitution and you have already stated that it should not be changed for any reason.
