Okay so I have also had the same problem once, my parents accepted it after but my solutions were this:

    1. Buy a baindaid

    2. Get a non-diamond or skin coloured nose ring

Facial peircings are quite hard to hide so My last suggestion is this:

Get the clear plastic nose rings. They actually look like you dont have a nose ring in them. And they're good to put in your nose, and won't get infected. You can find the at your local jewllers. If that didn't help then I'm afraid you just might have to take it out. Hope I helped :) xxx

Facial piercings are quite hard to hide. The swelling and redness are quite visible. Even on the nose. Have you asked your mom about being pierced with a small nose stud/nostril screw? If she says no, you are just better off to wait. It's not worth getting in trouble over, and 18 will be here before you know it. Trust me, you have your whole adult life from 18 on to do whatever.

they make flesh colored spacers, which are just a little plastic stick that goes in the hole to hold the space open. A bigger question is how to hide the redness and minimal swelling that goes with poking a hole in cartilage. If you're going to wear make-up over it make sure it's hypo-allergic and that you aren't allergic to it in any way. good luck, but she's going to find out. (She's your mum and has known your nose since the day you were born). I'd start to work on that whole, I'm growing up ad capable of making my own decisions speech you've been writing in your head for the last 3 or 4 years.

Hmm... You could put a band aid on it. You can change it out to a clear retainer with in 3 weeks after getting it done. --You could get a really tiny tiny one to where you can barley see it. :)
