not really. in my opinion he is highly overrated. average around .250 strikes out way too much. doesn't hustle. gets into a lot of altercations with coaches. cant focus. honestly, im quite sick of the guy. i wonder how many times there has been a guy on 3rd base, less than two outs and kemp has struck out or grounded to 3rd....he isn't good in the clutch. i don't care how many homeruns he has. a huge majority of those came from the first month of the season when he was off to that hot start. since then? nothing. I don't care what numbers you have, if you are going to have a bad attitude and not hustle, i don't want you on the team i route for. bottom line. now IF he starts playing with the potential everyone knows he has, it would be a different story.

As a Dodger fan, I wouldn't be surprised. This guy has the best potential in the world and he's throwing it away.
