    Because you are WRONG!!!

The Bible says he was a JEW!!!

But reality and all the evidence show he never existed!!

There is not one single mention of Jesus in the entire Roman record - that is right - not one!!! At the same time as he was supposed to have been around there were a number of Jews claiming to be the messiah - all of whom are well recorded!!

There is not a single contemporary record from any source and even the bible mentions of him like all other references were not written until many years after his supposed death!!

He was supposed to have been a huge problem to the Romans and produced wonderful miracles but still not one contemporary record?

Even the bible mentions of him like all other references were not written until many years after his supposed death!!

Pilate is recorded in the Roman record as a somewhat lack luster man but no mention of a Jesus, a trial or crucifixion that would surely have been used to make him look brighter!!

At best he was an amalgam of those others!!

Everyone who was an Essene was a Jew; but not every Jew was an Essene. Essenes were a more

stricter practicing Jew, who had their very own practices, out in desert country.

If Jesus or John the Baptist, were essene, was never mentioned in the Gospels by anyone.

They were both versed in the bible and the only most likely source, would be the essene, for they had

the scrolls (books ), which were impossible to come by outside of the Jews Synagogues, and they all

didn't have all the books, that temple in Jerusalem had: books were very expensive to make.

A Livite is a Jew, one of the twelve tribe of Isreal, set aside

as priests, scribes, and taking care of the Temple and Services. They inherited no land, but ended up controlling and owning most everything.

I thought the Essenes were a Jewish sect. He could also have been a Zealot.

Mary and Jesus were from the House of Levi, not Judah. Joseph was from the House of Judah, not Jesus. So Jesus would have been a Levite, not Jewish (Judaean).

If we believe in the resurrected Jesus, then his foreskin was resurrected with him.

Which means, he ain't a Jew.

Besides, he accepted himself as the Lord and Savior, and according to "Judaism", that makes him a Christian.
