I think Best is the way to go in a keeper league. Got a feeling he is going to be a workhorse for some time to come.

The each choice is Jahvid Best. McCoy hasn't shown any flashes of greatness, and he'll be losing carries (particularly goal-line carries) to Mike Bell. Stewart is an intriguing choice, but he is still second fiddle to DeAngelo William and also has injury concerns.
Jahvid Best appears to be the clear-cut #1 in Detroit and the only RB challenging for time is Kevin Smith. Smith has his own injury concerns so I think this is your safest choice.
