I like a contrast between the hair and eyes, so maybe brunette with green/blue eyes.

On guys I like dark brown hair with hazel eyes, and for girls I like black hair with blue eyes.

well i have red hair and hazel eyes with a gold tint to them, but i'd prefer them to be a mix between grey and blue to be honest.
