Please help with GTA IV/Episodes from Liberty City!?
I recently bought Grand Theft Auto Episodes from Liberty City, and I just finished The Lost and Damned. But I wanted to play GTA IV, because I wanted to get the easy trophies, but a message appeared.
The message:
The downloadable content requirement for this autoload is not available.
Press X to start a new game of Grand Theft Auto IV.
My question is, what do I do? I don't want to restart the game. I just restarted the game a week ago, and finished it last Friday. Yes, I do have the saved file on my PS3. It says 'Story Complete' under the Saved Data Utility (PS3).

Just press X, skip all the cutscenes, then load your previous save, no problem. That is if you saved it in a slot other than autosave. If not, then you're kinda screwed.
Also, in case you don't know, the regular GTA IV story is NOT available on Episodes From Liberty City.

you do not choose Grand theft automobile IV to play Episodes From Liberty city. That DLC may well be performed without the GTAIV disc. As for the magnitude of the IV installment, it is not needed. The thoughts somewhat tie mutually in any admire the place you would be lacking something. in case you're wanting to purchase a GTA, pass forward and get the EFLC.
