Are the problems with the WWE Network now very minimal?

I am interested in getting it but have held off because of all the reported issues. I will be viewing it on my computer, PS3, and iPhone.

I will be homeschooled soon and I just wanted to make sure I understood this correctly.

My curriculum can consist of anything I desire. For example, if I don't want any science subjects, I don't have to. If I want to just focus on reading/writing and math, I can do that.

I want to upload a video of me playing basketball to show my friend who lives in Portugal. The thing is, I play at my gym, and they play music.

So, what I'm trying to ask is if I upload the video with the music in the background, will it be taken down for copyright infringement? If it will, is there anything I can do? Also, if the music volume is lower, will I be okay?

Just some additional information:

+ The music isn't loud, but it can be heard in my video (I've already recorded it).

I want to become stronger/bigger because I'm too thin (I want to become a better defender in basketball and be able to post up players because I have the moves, but I'm too weak to back down a defender). My problem is I always read that I shouldn't do much cardio if I want to gain muscle, but obviously as a 'Guard' in basketball I need to be fast/quick and have good endurance, so I do a lot of cardio.

Should I just quit doing cardio outside of playing basketball? Should I just do something like a 30 min jog? Any suggestions?

I have this taxanomy project at school, and one of the animals I chosed was the Tasmanian Devil. I've completed all the other parts except one. I have to identify the genus it belongs to and 2 characteristics that allow it to be categorized in to that genus. I know the genus it belongs in (Sarcophilus), but I can't find any information as to why it's in that genus. All I know is that it's the only living thing in that genus. I recently bought Grand Theft Auto Episodes from Liberty City, and I just finished The Lost and Damned. But I wanted to play GTA IV, because I wanted to get the easy trophies, but a message appeared.
