Does this really work?

Does putting this:

"Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use."

in or near my YouTube video really prevent my video from being brought down for copyright infringement?

I just want to upload Iron Maiden music because my channel is all about Iron Maiden. This is for non-profit purposes.

Update:

Yeah, that's what I thought. I have contacted UMPG about it. I just keep on seeing that everytime when I look for answers.

    No, it doesn't Work

unauthorized Publishing of copyrighted material is not Fair use. Iron Maiden's record label has not consented to you publishing their music online and you posting it is Illegal, not fair use

disclaimers DO NOT excuse the infringement of copyrights.

You're not Iron Maiden's record label. You have NO legal rights to publicly distribute their music online, period

it doesn't matter if it's non-profit. You putting it online is a distraction to their profits

Youtube hounds on music, what this article is saying is like, someone can use something like this for commentary, news, or teaching, so Ray William Johnson, for example, can use other people's videos in his video because he is supplying commentary about it.
