Should I quit doing cardio?
I want to become stronger/bigger because I'm too thin (I want to become a better defender in basketball and be able to post up players because I have the moves, but I'm too weak to back down a defender). My problem is I always read that I shouldn't do much cardio if I want to gain muscle, but obviously as a 'Guard' in basketball I need to be fast/quick and have good endurance, so I do a lot of cardio.
Should I just quit doing cardio outside of playing basketball? Should I just do something like a 30 min jog? Any suggestions?
