Sea World has better discounts on their website, like the $5 kids ticket. But there's nowhere LEGITIMATE that you will get deeply discounted tickets, unless it's through a special promotion by Disney, Universal, or their authorized resellers. You can save a few dollars at AAA or whatever, but you're not going to find half-price tickets unless you're a military member etc. Or you're willing to sit through those time share presentations, which turn out to not be worth it. The major theme parks just don't offer major discounts that often. If they do, you'll see it on their websites. They are dead-set against resold tickets, and they have arranged their ticket systems accordingly.

The best way to save money in Orlando is on food and hotels. Trying to save money on discount tickets is NOT the way to go. Your chances of getting scammed are high, and with Disney's finger scan ticket system, it's got to be astronomical.

Source(s): Seen people using "discount" tickets turned away at the gates. Not a pretty picture.

AAA has discounted WDW tickets, and FL residents can get discounted tickets with ID.

Now through December 31, 2010, when U.S. residents purchase a full-price, single-day adult admission, children ages 3-12 receive a ticket to SeaWorld for only $5.00, all of which goes to fund one of three wildlife conservation projects you select.

Partially used passes on ebay are almost always frauds, not worth the risk.

    Check out

    http://www.undercovertourist.com/

I do not use the site because as a Florida resident I get better discounts, but Undercover tourist is a very legitimate site. I know many people who go to Disney who use this site to purchase their tickets, I've never heard of a problem from them.

it is my experience that there is nothing inexpensive about disney or universal studios... ticket prices are the same anywhere you go.
