An organism was exposed to a carcinogenic substance and the cells genetic material was analyzed both pre and post exposure.
PRE EXPOSURE: CGATGCCTACGT
POST EXPOSURE: CGATACTTAGGT
Determine the effect of the carcinogen on the genetic material by:
i) Describing any nucleotide (base) changes in the genetic material
ii) Use the Codon table to determine the amino acid sequences of both sequences of DNA (pre exposure and post exposure)

You should really do the work yourself, here's an amino acid table: http://www.cbs.dtu.dk/courses/27619/codon.html, just read the first 3 letters e.g. CGA and find the amino acid on the table.
