which should i have with my dinner?

i am haviing tilapia for dinner w/ corn and i was wondering if i should also have spinach and potatoe perogies or a baked potato. i want to eat which ever one has the least amount of calories. which one would u suggest?

i know that 3 perogies is 187 calories. not sure how many are in the baked potatoe. its a pretty good sized potato tho, but i wouldnt be eating the skin or putting anything on it

    a baked potato would be lower in calories and also have more nutritional value.

    baked potato. You should eat the skin as it has tons of vitamins and fiber.
