Sending colleges all your application stuff?

Ok so I'm just going to use the example of one college I'm applying to. I plan to submit an online application. However, I have to have all my official transcripts (which are from 3 different schools, yikes!), letters of recommendation, and test scores mailed to the college. Is there a way to assure that everything gets there at the same time? Will they get annoyed if they keep getting things for my application? Will it all end up in some sort of file that my application is in? I really don't want to make them angry but there is SO much stuff I have to send them. HELP ME.

Update:

Oops, I meant ensure, not assure.

They are used to everything arriving separately. The people who open the mail do not become angry when this happens. It is the reason that they have their jobs. Many of the mail openers are students who are working part time. There is no reason to worry.

Unfortunately, you cannot be assured that everything gets there at the same time. It's pretty impossible. The good news is that colleges understand this, and they have to. They made all the requirements for all the documents. They will set up a file, and when things arrive, they will add them to your file. I did the same thing applying to a second bachelors degree program. I was nervous about all my documents too. I kept checking in, and the lady at the admissions desk assured me that they will keep track of my documents. She told me the college gets so much mail every day, that it takes up to two weeks to be sorted. This is why they have deadlines. Lo and behold, a month later, I got in and my documents checked out.
