What would you like to ask?Can you print from a computer window that does not have a print icon available?

I need a copy of an invoice/RX from an optician and they say they no longer have a paper copy but its on their computer. The office mgr said she cannot print from the screen. Is there anyway to get it from the screen to paper?

as mentioned above you can print screen. depending on the program you can also right click on the window and pull up a print option. I would also try ctrl P.

On a different note i would be uncomfortable going to a health care provider that cannot provide you with a paper copy. It calls into questions the competency of the whole or office. Can you trust that they will get your insurance claim correct?

WEll, if you are using a PC/Windows there is a button "F10" where it has "Prnt Scrn" meaning "Print Screen". You can open a "Paint" page in the start menu. Then select "Past From" and it will have the image of the full screen. I hope I helped.

Obviously, you didn't search, because the button is actually the "print screen" button. THEN you open paint, and hit ctrl+V. THAT'S how it works. Good Luck!
