Who do i talk to about fireworks?
I want to set up fireworks for my town, and i know its a little late, but for next year. how do i get permission to do that? do i talk to the fire marshall, or the county court?

Are you a licensed pyrotechnician? I doubt they'd allow anyone but a licensed pyrotechnician set up the town display.
You will want to contact the local Fire Marshall for any information on setting a fireworks display in town.
However if they normally hire a company to do the display you can contact the company and ask if they need any help setting up the display. Many companies that do small town displays will take any help they can get.
