is this laptop worth fixing?
i have a compaq v3000 /v3010. the lcd is busted but everything else works great. a new lcd is around 70 bucks. i can do the repair myself but is it worth putting the money into.

For $70? Yep. I'd throw 2 GB of RAM into it, too... I guess I would stipulate that it has to have a good battery for it to be worth fixing.
