Do you believe all that Snoops says is true/false?

Subject: FW: It was payback time for Kagan ------ And .....Snopes cannot be trusted
From a friend:
I went to Snopes to check this out and they said it was false and there
were no such dockets so I
googled the supreme court, typed in Obama Kagan, and guess what? Yep
you got it. Snopes lied. Everyone of those dockets are there.
So Here is what I wrote Snopes:
WND article about Elena Kagan and Barak Obama dockets. The information
you have posted stating that there were no such cases as claimed by WND
and the examples you gave are blatantly false. I went directly to the
Supreme courts website, typed in Obama Kagan and immediately came up
with all of the dockets that WND made reference too. I have long
suspected that you really slant things but this was really shocking.
Thank You, I hope you will be much more truthful in the future,
*************
Bet you didn't know this....
Kagan was representing Obama in all the petitions to prove his
citizenship.... Now she may help rule on them.
Folks, this is really ugly.
Chicago Politics, and the beat goes on and on and on...
Once again the Senate sold us out.
Well, someone figured out why Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the
Supreme Court.... Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket
and search for Obama. She was the Solicitor General for all the suits
against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born
citizenship. He owed her big time. All of the requests were denied of
course. They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper,
doesn't it? The American people mean nothing any longer.. It's all
about payback time for those that compromised themselves to elect
someone that really has no true right to even be there. We should be
getting so sick of all of this nonsense.
Here are some websites of the Supreme Court Docket:
You can look up some of these hearings and guess what?? Elana Kagan is
the attorney representing Obama!!! Check out these examples:

The person who wrote that letter obviously has no idea how the Court docketing system works. Kagan was a lawyer representing the US side. Until a case is accepted by the Court, Kagan had nothing to do with it. All of the eligibility petitions were denied without any input by Kagan or the white house. In fact, the cases you list have nothing to do with eligibility. Take a look at them.
Here's the docket numbers for eligibility cases -- note that NONE of them are on your list.
08A391, 08-570, 08A505, 08A407, 09-794, 08-10817, 09-6777, 08A524, 10A56, 08A469.

As Snopes explained, and as is apparent just from reading the very vague descriptions on those dockets, none of them had anything to do with Obama's eligibility as President, or at least it's specious (in the least) to jump to the conclusion that they had to do with his eligibility. Snopes never claimed those dockets were not there, they claimed they had nothing to do with eligibility. QED, Snopes did not lie. Furthermore, they actually cite what the dockets were *really* about, not the lies that WND is trying to put forth.

I've never once seen Snopes be wrong;
I've never once seen WingNutsDaily be right.
I'm sure there have been times when Snopes has been wrong, There may have even been a time when WingNutsDaily has been right: This is not one of those times.

Yes I trust Snopes. It's the idiot who wrote this piece that I wouldn't trust. Read the Snopes entry and judge for yourself.

Obama's mother was an American citizen. That makes him at the VERY LEAST a citizen by 'Juris Sanguinus', or "law of blood'.
So much fail in this one...
