Do female mice show dominance?
I just got 2 mice today for my daughter. I looked and so did the pet store assistant and we chose 2 that looked to be female. I was keeping an eye on them and seeing if I could get a better look and one of the mice tried humping the other mouse. I am a bit nervous since I don't want babies but I also don't want to take any mice back if they are both the same gender. Do female mice hump each other to prove dominance or do I have a male and a female?

dont worry female mice do that to prove dominance i have had lots of female mice kept in pairs and they have done this before
