It really depends on rhe recipe and the type of wrap used and the size. The wrap alone can be anywhere from 100 calories to about 250 calories. Then if the salad has a lot of dressing it is higher. So a guess would be at least 350 calories.

It sounds like lots of food. Based on the types, I think you should use your judgment. Right now, I bought a turkey breast from the butcher. I had him quarter it. It has no additives put into it. I am baking one fourth of it, and he wrapped the other quarters for the freezer. I'll use a thermometer to see when it is cooked. Then, I'll have good turkey. I just realized, and you confirmed that processed turkey is useless as are the other deli products. Bacon, I don't eat, nor cheese, nor dressing. But, were I in school, with no choice, I'd just have to figure what was best. It certainly sounds like you are intelligent enough to draw your own conclusion. You want to eat enough to satisfy your appetite for the grueling school day. Maybe, focus on sports and exercise, and in later years, purchase food that will be healthier. At that time, if you have a job and a flat, you can seek advice on what to cook and eat. Whole milk is too fatty. Apple is good. Do the best you can. If you feel lost on what to choose, talk to the school nurse. Also, eat one only.
