Do you answer homework questions?

School has started for most, and now the homework questions on Y!A dominate. Do you answer these and why? Would it be better to just empower people to answer on their own by just giving a direction to find them, or just give answers to help them cheat, resulting in learning nothing?

I give the full answer, usually with some sort of explanation. Some people just learn differently: some benefit from hints, some are so far down the river you just need to show them the way out.

I'm more of the latter, I learned the majority of my engineering curriculum from solutions manuals. I understand some people are going to cheat and copy down the solutions I give them, but I'd rather give them the benefit of the doubt.

Not all people putting school questions on here are looking to cheat. I asked a question last year about math because i kept trying to work it out, but i couldn't get it. I had the class in the morning. After someone did it all out for me I saw where i went wrong then I understood. Yes, some kids a just really lazy, but in the end it's only gonna hurt them. I answer more family and relationship questions the school tho.

When I see a record of questions, I is not going to reply them however will factor the individual within the course to uncover the solutions. The intent of homework is to be taught whatever to not have it performed for you. Same with math questions I will present an instance and give an explanation for that, however simply giving an reply no. I am regularly suspicious of those who ask through mentioning effortless or practical homework query. If it's effortless or quite simply why is it published right here? That regularly turns out to me to mention, I used to be simply too lazy to do it myself.

I see your point, but the people who put the questions up on there dont care if they learn it, they just want the answer.
