Well, in the long run, it depends on how much you want to share. For example, you can include family history and trivia.

For example:
My great grandparents were widowed. My grandmother's mom and my granfather's dad met after my grandparents got married. They fell in love and got married. Which made my grandparents...step-siblings. Talk about freaky! That helped me when I did a similar project, because those are things people rarely chat about. However, would you want to share that kind of information? It's a tricky thing.

The key goal is to come up with questions that aren't everyday common chit-chat stuff. People ask about favorite colors and artists and such...but what do people avoid asking or forget about asking? By thinking of the not-so-common topics of discussion, it is more likely that people will not be able to distinguish it's you.
There is also another method that you can use. You can list generalities. Things that EVERYBODY would associate with. These things are so vague that it would be difficult to pin point who. However, if you decide to mix both techniques, it may become easier to distinguish it's you. I usually stick with the things people would never know.

Think of personal topics that are rarely discussed.
- childhood memories
- childhood teachers
- family events
- imaginary friends
- surgeries
- accidents
- hidden scars or birthmarks
- snoring, talking in sleep, sleepwalking
Depending on your age, you may be able to include items that others would never see...
- what did you wear on your driver's license
- what color were your clothes on your identification card
- are you an organ donor
You can include general personal preferences
- internet likes and dislikes
- blogging preferences and thoughts
- how many numbers are in your cell phone
- how much money do you like to save from your paycheck/allowance
- what's in your closet
Then there's the generalities where 90% of the people would probably have
- fear of heights
- dislikes bugs
- like to listen to music
- wants to have money
- wants to be happy in life
- movies that are very popular and everyone has seen

I hope it helped spur some ideas.
