What is your homestate like to you?
Please be detailed. I never really trae, been to Orlando a few times, so I wanna know what it's like in other places from people opinions. I live in Southeast Texas, Love it, wouldn't wanna be anywhere else.

South Carolina is the strangest combination of patriots who ALWAYS want to secede from the country. They literally love this country beyond anything you could imagine, and it is a true love. At the same time, they constantly talk about seceding from the country.
And the most unusual part of it is that they truly do not register the contradiction of these two beliefs.
As far as the people, most are the nicest people you will ever come across in your life. They truly exhibit the famed "Southern hospitality." But the ones down here who are racist, and by God there are a lot of those as well, you will never find a deeper hate anywhere in the world.
And as a Mexican-American, I get the best of the hospitality and the worst of the hate; and almost never do I get anything in the middle.

CA is hot and it's cold and big (not as big as TX, obviously) . You can find any type of person here.
I've also lived in Washington...which is rainy and has lots of trees...
