Why is immigration so hard on easter European women entering the country?(USA)?
WE have known eachother for over 1 year.If she were to come here on vacation and we meet accidentally and fall in love, we can get married legally. But if she comes here on vacation and we marry because we are in love, it is a felony fraud charge. What is the difference.Love is love and if we are both productive people why shouldn,t we allowed to be together.By the way, she is a special education teacher but the State Dept. says there is no special need for them.

This has nothing to do with Eastern Europe. You are allowed to be together as long as you follow the correct procedure. If she is coming with the intention of getting married, you have to file for a K1 Fiance Visa. It's that simple. If you do not and she tries to marry without a proper visa, then it's considered fraud as she entered the US under false pretenses. She will be deported and banned from reentry for 10 years, and you can be fined up to $250,000 and jailed for up to 10 years, though in reality you normally just have to pay a fine of about $30k and probation if convicted of marriage fraud
The K1 visa application is pretty straight forward and will be approved in less than 6 months if all the paperwork is in order. There is no reason why the K1 visa would be rejected if you meet the requirements, are truthful on the application and file the correct documents.
It doesn't matter if she's from Eastern Europe or anywhere else. Even if she were from England or Japan or France or another country that doesn't require a tourist visa to visit the US, it would be exactly the same situation - you would need to file a K1 visa if you intended to get married. A friend just married her Irish boyfriend after filing a K1, you can do it yourself without a lawyer
Even if someone came on vacation, immigration is not going to believe that within their 3 month stay they actually met, got engaged and married a person legally. Anyone getting married on a tourist visa is automatically suspected of marriage fraud. Her nationality is completely irrelevant
As long as you file for the correct fiance visa, there should be no reason why you cannot be together.

If she came with the intent to marry and remain, it is not an accident.
Rather than trying to beat the system do the proper thing and apply for
a fiance visa for her. The form and instructions here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5a...

Alas, that love thing messes us up sometimes.
Here's the technical reason, even though it sounds as though your ladyfriend would not fit into any of the the Thrid World business fo which the link speaks.
