Are you doing Open show? Showmanship? Conformation? Each has it's own requirements.

Open show is fairly simple. You can groom your rabbits before hand, though make sure there is no plucking or altering of appearances because this can lead to a disqualification. Trim the rabbit's toenails and clean the vents, sometimes this can be a deal breaker. I've had it happen. I won once because the bucks were so close the judge checked the vents and because I had recently cleaned mine he won. With open show you place the rabbit in the cage (Sometimes they are assigned sometimes it's first come first serve) when your breed, color, sex, and jr./sr, is called. Whatever class you're in. From there you just stand back and pretend you don't own your rabbit. This is simple rabbit etiquette. So avoid touching the bunny through the cage or acknowledging your rabbit. Judges don't want to be altered because sometimes they know the breeders. So if they don't know the breeders it's better. I've noticed breed to breed the show table has a different environment. Some breeders will converse while the judging is happening others just watch silently. With open show you don't really have to worry about dressing up. It's all about the rabbit. Good luck!

Just make sure your rabbit is really clean, especially its feet! Brush it well - check its ears, too. Good Luck!
