It's hard to know where a food item came from without knowing where it came from (a grocery store, a food service organization, etc.) and/or the brand name.

I'd ask the meeting organizer (probably an admin) where the food was purchased and if she knows what brand it was. Even if she does not know the brand, she may know where it was purchased (Costco, a specific grocery store, etc.) and that may help you at least narrow down brands that could have made it.

If you work for a large company that has a food service company that handles all the food at your site, then you may want to contact them about it. It may have been made on site and you could possibly get a recipe from the food service company. It is also possible that the item may have been made at a manufacturing facility that makes food for institutions or commercial resale and may not be available for retail purchase.

    Hope that helps.
