I'm moving to Boston tomorrow and I was?

wondering about the whole walking thing. I live in a really small town so obviously I have to drive everywhere and never walk anywhere so will I lose weight now that I will be walking literally everywhere?

I would definitely think so. Unless you increase your caloric intake to the point where the effect of exercise is diminished.

The formula for losing weight is simple - eat less food and exercise more - the difficulties surface when we really try to put that into operation! There are a lot of temptations in the real world don't you think?! I discovered some good advice by checking out the site in the box below, they have a lot of instruction, I lost 7 pounds by following their techniques.
