Possible to move all subfolder files to top folder in Windows Explorer?

Okay, to explain better! I have Windows 7 64-bit on a Dell.

Say you have a folder named "Reports" Within that folder you have a bunch of folders, with various names, like "Finances," "January 2010," whatever, but you have more than one. I would like to move all of the files from all of the sub-folders so that they are all located in Reports instead of the sub-folders. Then I could just delete the sub-folders themselves and not lose the actual files. Is this possible? Thanks in advance!

Update:

Thanks soupfine. I can do that...was hoping for a shortcut way to do it though...I will do it the way you described if no one has a quicker suggestion :-)

You can also select them all as soupfine suggested, then just Cntl X to cut, then Cntl V to paste them into the new directory. That lets you have just one copy of Explorer open at a time.

Open one of the subfolders (like Finances), select all the files and drag to the parent folder (Reports). Easier to do with more than one Explorer window open.
