What can I do to fix my faith?

Unfortunately a lot of churches do not teach the truth of the Bible. Here's a website that perhaps can help you find a Bible teaching church. Do not give up on your faith. More importantly, do not give up on Jesus. Remember to keep your eyes on the prize and the One Who gives it. It's a shame we are also disillusioned by our very own brothers and sisters in the Lord. Jesus knows your hurts and He will give you an answer, if you seek Him diligently. Remember Jeremiah 29:11-12

Mike, there is only one faith, "the faith once given to the saints" (Acts 2 onwards) whereby all receive the infilling of God's Spirit, evidenced by speaking in tongues (though the main use is personal private prayer - Jude 3, 20-21), and meetings should focus on teaching about how this transforms people from being natural to sons of God!

To back this up there should be the orderly use of the Spiritual gifts as detailed in 1 Corinthians 14.

This will unite, strengthen and envision people in the willl of God.

Get these things wrong and you will hardly see the power of God, instead you will have what you have experienced.

I empathize. I was in the same place a couple years ago, but now I am where I should be. I feel safe, happy, content and at peace. My stress level is at zero, my heart no longer skips a beat.

I suggest you think very carefully about who you are and what is real and true and do not try to fend off unwanted thoughts. You must deal with each issue. Let it all come in to you and your natural decision would follow.
