Small bumps on lip and gums?
I cut my lip ever so slightly recently. Now my lower lip is a bit darker than normal, with a small, painless area of swelling where the cut was. I also have a few tiny bumps on the inside of my lower lip and my lower gums. Before I cut my lip, I also noticed the last 24 hours that brushing both sides of my teeth hurt a little near the gum line (although my upper gums/lip look fine). Any idea?

your gums just need time to heal, give it up to a week and see if that does the trick.
