I changed internet providers so my old email account quit working. I have a gmail account now but I would like to have it on outlook express like my old one was. Either way, is their a good way to tell everyone my new address without going through my address book one by one. Thank you

Unfortunately no. You must everyone one by one, or if they are in a group list, that could simplify things.
