Personally, I think that Connor Andrew sounds better than Isaac Xavier, although they are both cute.
But, I LOVE the meaning of the name Isaac (He will Laugh). I put the meanings of each name below in case you haven't looked those up or if they mean anything to you.
Connor Andrew is also a more common name, so if you want something more unique, I would go with Isaac Xavier. :)
Here's the meanings!
Connor - Much Wanted
Andrew - Manly, Courageous
Isaac - He will laugh
Xavier - New House
And to clear things up, my personal vote is for Connor Andrew. :)

Isaac Xavier seems complicated and the flow isn't very smooth, whereas Connor Andrew is simple, strong and masculine.

I really like both of those names, but i actually think that Isaac Andrew is the best lol. I know that wasn't really a choice but combining that sounds the best imo. :)
