I did a spectroscopy lab and have to find the concentration in ug/ml of a DNA oligo sample based on composition: A=24, C=21, G=23, T=26. How am I supposed to do this? Do I use absorbance or anything else? Thanks

I thought it was after fertilization and before meiosis, but it was wrong. I'm also confused because I thought diploid cells were the ones to go under mitosis. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to consider how meiosis II is very similar to mitosis. I'm starting to think that the answer is b) after meiosis and before fertilization, but I'm not very sure.

Ok, so am I just supposed to plug in 0.49 and 1.96 for t in the equation and solve for F(t)?

I've recently heard about the major public health and would like to get more information on it. What do you learn for a public health degree? What do you do with a public health degree after graduating from college? I would appreciate any info regarding what a public health degree means. I would also love to hear from any who is majoring in it or who graduated with a public health degree.

I took the ap government test this may and I'm waiting for my scores. However, I have to take the texas government test at UT Austin. I will probably take it next month, but I am kind of nervous about how I will do. I've heard the test is more of a formality, but nevertheless I am still a little worried since government isn't my cup of tea. Has anybody taken it and can give me insight on what I could study and how hard it was?

I feel like crap. I feel that I have lost control of my life and that I am a disappointment. Sometimes I feel like dying and I think about it. I think about what it would be like to die, how it would feel. I know that I will not act upon these thoughts. I wouldn't consider myself suicidal because I do not think about killing myself. However, I do not know if it is okay to simply think about dying. It's just that the idea of death appeases me and knowing that I will one day die brings me peace. Please help me figure out whether thinking this way is wrong.

So I'm wondering for the topic in which you have to write about an influential person in your life, does that influence have to be good or can it be bad? Can it be about somebody that didn't choose the rights choices and it made you learn from their mistakes?

When I flip the x and y I get x=y+(1/y)

I start out by multiplying by y to get xy=(y^2)+1

But after that it gets complicated and I don't know how to get all the y's together.
