When will Square Enix start accepting Open Beta applications for FF14?

I just signed up for Square Enix to try and get into the Open Beta for Final Fantasy 14. But when I apply to get in I get this message:

"Applications for the FINAL FANTASY XIV Open Beta Test have been temporarily suspended. Please wait until we are ready to accept new applications and then try again."

When will they start accepting new apps? Did I miss out? >_<

    I honestly dont know. I've been waiting forever to test Beta. Maybe they have certain slots that are taken up periodically.
