Is it ok to ask a girl for her number if u aren't interested in her other than friends??????????????????????

Well there is this one girl i like as a friend but she has a boyfriend and i want to get her number so we can hang out sometime but will it be ok with out her thinking I like her?

    sure y not.... arent you friends with other people too i mean how you get their number o.O!!? lol

    just make sure its clear u just wanna be friends with her hopefully she doesnt take it the wrong way .
