Moms not feeding pups....?

I have a pit bull and she has suddenly stopped feeding her puppies after a week since birth, she started out being a wonderful mother but now she has started avoiding the puppies and they are constantly crying for her to feed them. Should i go to the store? What do i buy? Should i just wait and see if she starts feeding them again? I honestly just don't know what to do in this situation :( please help!

Update:

Thank you for all your answers but she has went back to feeding them, i cant explain why she wouldnt feed them yesterday but she is back to being the good mommy she started out being. They were probably hurting her and she needed a break, there will be no spaying her, she makes good strong little pits.....

if she has an infection in her mammaries then the pain could make her not want to nurse. See a vet, but if its just her saying hey I don't want to do this anymore, go to petsmart or whatever and buy puppy formula. In a pinch you can even use carnation evaporated milk, but not for long. The puppies would be ready to start weaning at 3 weeks anyway. ask a vet and he can tell you if they need any special vitamins or anything. Good Luck

Call your vet's office and ask their advice. There are many possibilities here, and solutions depend on the specifics.
