I am wondering if people see this as an important educational issue. Please describe the trend at your local school. Let me know if there are plenty of nutritious choices available for those who want them. Many people have been excited about the work of Jamie Oliver, Michelle Obama, Rachel Ray, Alice Waters, and others. Now I am thinking about whether or not the families across America are starting to see some real changes.
