Is there a Wikipedia policy Jimbo Wales routinely ignores?
And if so, which Wikipedia policy is then used by others to justify Jimbo's actions?

I would say that Jimbo most often violates "WP:AGF" or "assume good faith". Very often, I see him sweeping his talk page of honest-to-goodness comments and questions that he simply assumes were left in "bad faith" (because they make him uncomfortable about his lies, his backtracking, his weak promises, etc.).
The other Wikipediots then say that it's okay for him to do that, based on the "WP:DFTT" notion -- don't feed the trolls.
You see, if you call anything that makes you uncomfortable the work of a "troll", then that gives you broad liberty to sweep, sweep, sweep it all away.

I wanted to say WP:COI because he has edited the article about himself (I'm not talking about his user page), but it seems he hasn't done that in a long while.
You know, it would be perfectly OK for him to be above Wikipedia's rules if that was explicitly stated. But this pretense that he adheres to the policies made by the "community" is absurd.

You're obviously a banned user trying to wikilawyer your way out of the ban. It won't work. You must first accept the goodness of Wikipedia into your heart before your ban can be rescinded.
