Question about building a webside.?

I am making a web site for church and now I want to add the menu bar but I don't know how to do it.

I wrote the options on side of the website but then I tried to make then clickable but nothing happen.

I am using CS5.

Please help me with it. I am stucked :(

That process was good for pictures but not for links or the menu bar. Btw,

My menu bar has some options such as :

Events

so how do I add events or list them so that when people click on event, they see all events listed on there.

I don't have much experience using cs5 and really need some help.

    Have you enclosed your menu links inside <a href="">Link</a>?

    Hacking in blameless youngsters video games...Ah..Good 'ol days... However, hacking money owed...Tough. You may not be equipped to do it and not using a cracker, and I are not able to divulge the expertise on what that's, so on reflection, you are in your possess.     check out w3schools.com under "CSS", it should show an example of what you're trying to do...
