Is there anything that gets rid of the double chin?

I've always had the fat underneath of my chin, I see things advertised on tv, saying they will tone that area. Does anything really work?

I have that double chin, on and off because of my weight. I lose and gain; back and forth. If that's your situation, brisk walking (speed 3.0) for an hour or jogging (4.5 or faster) for 30 minutes on the treadmill worked for me. Or any exercise that will make you sweat for at least 30 minutes a day. If you start to sweat from your head down to your chest and arms, its working. It took me 2 months of 6 days a week to burn it off. My husband was gone for the last three weeks for training and when he came back he noticed I lost weight around my face and neck area. Of course, I gain it back. I'm in the process of losing it again. I hope this help. Good luck!

If you are heavy you could lose weight. If you're a teenager its possible is will go away when you get in your 20's. Other then that, just lipo sculpting.

general weight loss would probably help.

try looking on a search engine, there's bound to be something on the internet somewhere!
