Cardio frequency question.?

Hey, I started running a little while ago and was wondering if it is unproductive to do an hour or more of cardio a day or should I only do it every other day. I started running which sucked but now I can't stop. lol it kind of feels like an addiction.

    looking for good results? try running in the morning before breakfast, u'll burn a hell alot of fat. runnung in a moderate speed 7km/h for 20-40 is the best, as if u run more than an hour u'll star burning muslce not fat and do it day by day, eat helthy 'n u'll be more than fine :D
