I depends on what you're really going for!

The black is great for your classic LBD, and you could certainly use it over and over again for special occasions.

But personally when I think of homecoming I think of brightness and fun...ness. lol so if it were me, I'd get the blue dress because it stands out more in color, plus that sapphire blue looks amazing on most skin tones(:

So basically, I'd go with the blue!
