Question

I tried to post to a Canadian newspaper expressing my opposition to the burning of the Koran and was banned from posting because I used the word Nazi. In context I wrote "the burning of the Koran is equal to the burning of books carried out before WWII in Nazi Germany" - the paper killed any chance of debate. I regard this as idiotic and regard Canada as politically correct beyond stupidity. I write as a Canadian. Any more examples of PC in Canada - or should I call it Kanata which means literally "big village".

DASS - not simply this - I asked for black tea last time I was in Vancouver and the waitress said "do you mean clear tea??" and I said no sweetie because clear tea is hot water - I want black tea

So one newspaper didn't publish something you wrote, therefore we're the most obsessed with political correctness in the world.

edit; Oh, one person doesn't like the term "black tea," I guess you've convinced me. Likewise, I listen to Dream Theatre, therefore everyone in the country is upset over Mike Portnoy's departure.
