What caused the devastating Floods in Pakistan leaving 20 Million Homeless and Hungry?

Yes, the glaciers, ice bergs and snow caps in the northern parts of the world are starting to melt. The water is then flowing down on to the unfortunate countries who happen to be in the way of rivers, seas and coasts.

Also because Pakistan is still a developing country, the facilities and recovery methods are poor, thus the people are not prepared to re-built their lives quickly enough.

FIRST OFF she's adopted kids from everywhere which shows how compassionate she is and i saw her on the news saying enough aid wasn't going into pakistan and that's true now whether you think it' real or fake doesn't change the fact that she is helping charity and raising alot of money irregardless of the 'motive' .. um also she's never had any lip surgery but she did have 4nose jobs her lips have always been like that and actually if you see her moms pic and brother they have the same features so yeah.. they're part cherokee though so i guess that's where it's coming from .. i like her alot because she's got this strong kinda kick a$$ image in movies and that's a good kinda representation for women and she does her own stunts too

I believe it was caused by what causes floods 99% of the times. Its something that precedes with the greying of the sky following with water droplets that increase in frequency. In street lingo we call it heavy rains.
