The process of filing for an uncontested divorce online is incredibly easy. In most cases, you and your partner will be able to complete this process on your own without any intervention from a legal representative. The process of filing for divorce online will vary depending on the provider you select. However, there are some basic steps you can expect to encounter when you use the Internet to file for divorce.

You don't ask for an uncontested divorce. First off, you are assuming that your spouse wants the marriage to end as badly as you do. You might be wrong. When you break someone's heart, there are consequences. Perhaps you will get off cheap emotionally and financially, but then again, maybe not. Once you ask for a divorce you will have to wait for the other person to respond. If they agree that the marriage is finished, and you both can agree to divide property and holdings equitably, then that in and of itself constitutes an uncontested divorce. But you both must be in complete agreement on the division of property and money and child support, etc. for this to work.

No, just kidding. But from what I see that's about the only way it goes off uncontested.
