Well,
On facebook my friend said that he was applying for a 'provitional license' (I think he miss-spelt it).
What is a provisional license? We live in London and are all 15/16 (I think my friend is 16).
So,
(1) What is a provitional license?
(2) Do I have to be 16 to apply for it?
(3) Do I really get to drive?
(4) How long do I train to drive?
(5) Where do I apply for one?
Please help me with those and give em some extra info, I really would like to know what this license thing is..
As I said, I'm 15 going on 16, just want to know If I could start driving soon lool

It's also referred to as a permit. You're allowed to drive a car but only if you're accompanied by an adult or a parent/guardian.
