How many calories did I consume last night at dinner?

Normally I eat very healthy. However last night I was a guest at dinner and over did the eating. I had

3 Large fresh scallops wrapped in bacon

14 oz rib eye steak topped with Stilton cheese with brown rice pilaf and seasonal veggies

Peach, cherry crumble with a dollop of vanilla ice cream

one glass of white wine

    Scallops= 142.5 cal 74.25 fat cal

    14 oz ribeye= 1089 cal 789 fat cal

    Stilton cheese= 110 cal 90 fat cal (for one ounce)

    Brown rice pilaf= 194 cal 36 fat cal

    Veggies=148 cal 98 fat cal (100g)

    Peach cobbler (closest thing i could find)= 280 cal 63 fat cal

    Vanilla ice cream ( 1/2 cup)= 145 cal 71 fat cal

    Wine= 84 cal 0 fat cal

    Total= 2192.5 cal 1221.25 fat cal

    This should be close to right, but some of the foods are from restaurants, so they may be bigger/have more calories than what you ate. Its a pretty big meal, but if you normally eat healthily you'll be fine.

    Without knowing how everything was prepared, I would estimate about 1550 kCals

    bacon wrapped scallops (cooked in butter/oil) ~ 200 kCal

    14 oz steak with cheese (pan grilled) ~ 650 kCa

    rice pilaf ~ 100 kCal

    veggies (steamed?) ~ 0

    crumble ~ 250 kCal

    vanilla ice cream ~ 250 kCal

    glass of wine ~ 100 kCal

    A substantial meal... but don't sweat it. If you don't normally eat like that your metabolism will spike for a day or two and make up for most of it.
